Due to company growth, Envoy Mortgage is expanding their team and are currently seeking Sr. Mortgage Loan Officers for their Houston, Texas office.

Requirements
? Must currently be licensed
? 3+ consecutive years in the business
? 2+ loans per month OR 400k in volume per month. Averages are okay as long as there are no more than 2 months w/ 0 production in the last 12 months.
? Self sustained LO?s only (leads not provided).
? Must have at least 50k W2 earnings last year & on track for the same, if not more for this year?must be willing to prove those numbers with W2s & check stubs
? Willing to be coached to build business
? Must be available to come into the office 2x per week
